The firm have had great success thus far in recruiting staff from competitors, including other boutiques and the big 4. Candidates have recognised the opportunity to earn higher salaries, bonuses and become engaged on some of the most complex and largest projects on the market with the firm completing four of the five largest global restructures last year.
Demonstrable experience in all or at the least most of the below is essential:
Successful candidates will have relevant and hands-on project management experience in financial restructuring gained in consulting (Big 4), private-equity, banking, or industry. With regard to academics, a university degree from a reputable university is preferred combined with relevant post graduate qualifications such as the ACA / ACCA.
There is the opportunity for current Senior Managers to receive greater responsibility and autonomy, working alongside Partners directly in small teams. The role would suit those who are commercial and interested in business development and origination. The ability to win work is not restricted to Directors and Partners with Senior Managers being allowed entrepreneurial freedom in the market place.
