As a future leader of the company, you will be handling commercially successful situations with a ‘hands-on’, professional and energetic approach.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-12 years of relevant financial/operational restructuring experience gained in consulting, private equity, banking or industry.
  • Relevant university degree
  • Relevant professional qualification(s)
  • Relevant experience in financial / operational restructuring, including;
    • Financial and operational turnaround programmes
    • Cash and working capital management
    • Building, reviewing and maintaining short term cash flow models
    • Formulating, reviewing and analysing business plans and financial forecasts
    • Implementation of cost reduction programmes
    • Supporting Chief Restructuring Officer roles
    • Balance sheet restructurings
  • Solid financial analysis and modelling skills with a solid understanding of financial statements.
  • Reputable track record of meeting or exceeding client’s needs
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Great communication skills – building strong relationships both in and out of the team.
  • Highly analytical and methodical approach to problem solving – able to identify and understand complex problems, whilst simultaneously developing a solution strategy
  • Advanced written communication and presentation skills
  • Delivery of influential client communications with clarity and confidence.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice.

Additional Requirements

  • Current citizenship; passport holder and/or work authorisation in EMEA. Applicants need to have their own documents or work permits in place that enable them to travel and work across the European Union

On offer is a salary of up to £120,000 – With the addition of a possible Sign-on Fee.
