The Director role is at a senior level within the business, managing the team and reporting to the board on operations and client attainment. The firm is a limited business meaning the role is essentially a Partner position and there is the potential for an equity stake in the short to mid-term.
The firm have recognised a gap in the market and see real potential to expand into the advisory space. They are aiming to increase their presence and become involved on bigger ticket advisory projects.
