Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a current partner or a high performing director to join a top ten firm of accountants in Southampton.

The office is well established and highly regarded in the region. The current team is well structured with two existing partners and a team of approximately 30 staff. The existing Partners hold a significant market share and win the majority of their work from lawyers, accountants and asset-based lenders. The preference is to find a partner that can assist with the work currently being won and add bigger ticket work from the lenders in the local and national market.

We are interested in talking to existing appointment takers who have their own contacts. Current partners will be rewarded well with a strong financial package and bonus to reflect work won. Due to the size of the international brand, existing partners will be able to take advantage of a large internal network increasing the possibility of work wins.

As well as Partners we are also interested in taking to high performing Directors who wish to apply for their licence. Such individuals will be working in an Insolvency and Restructuring team delivering complex casework as well spending time on growing a network with the intention of becoming an appointment taker and partner.

For a confidential discussion please give me a call. The Partners are happy to see individuals for an informal coffee without the need for a CV.
