Job Description

This role is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious international organisation to have responsibility across reward business partnering and reward operations, plus some reward and benefits support.

 

The successful applicant will be keen to get involved on a daily basis to maintain the operations aspect of firmwide compensation across salary and bonus benchmarking and benefits.

 

The successful candidate will possess the ability to build relationships across the business and an excellent attention to detail is a prerequisite.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full reward requirements including supporting Remuneration Committee papers, 
  • recommendations for benefit policies, 
  • Maintaining reward consistency and job benchmarking.
  • Gender Pay reporting
  • Operating the pay review process, providing support, training and manager guides and managing the production of communication and documentation.
  • Managing annual reward processes 
  • Management of benefits and policies

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3-5 years' reward experience including benchmarking, gender pay gap and remco papers.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Project Management experience and reward cycles including annual performance review.
