Within this role you will provide support for reward activities, maintaining an effective and compliant remuneration structure across the Group, whilst ensuring alignment with the needs of the business and compliance with relevant corporate governance / regulatory requirements.
You shall support the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers, drafting of the directors’ remuneration report; whilst also providing and interpreting market data.
This role shall require excellent attention to detail and you be personable as you will interact with numerous other teams across the business. The candidate will have a good understanding of executive remuneration and/or broad based reward. This position will also give the potential to gain exposure to global mobility also; providing more breadth to the role.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within financial services or consulting environment and you must have experience in drafting directors' remuneration reports and strong excel skills.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 pa
