Our client is currently looking for junior and senior level lawyers to join an award-winning corporate practice.

This firm is consistently chosen to advise on some of the most significant corporate transactions representing some of the world’s largest corporates, financial institutions, and international private equity groups. Our M&A lawyers advise the firm’s global client base on major M&A and other corporate transactions across a broad range of industry sectors, many with an international dimension. You will be working with an international client base on complex mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

The team comprises of both highly experienced and more junior corporate lawyers who advise on a wide range of corporate transactions, restructurings and day to day corporate and regulatory matters.

They are a progressive firm that provides a tailored learning and development programme and mentoring for those from newly qualified to Senior Associate level, encouraging their people to achieve their ambitions.

 

• Qualified Solicitor from a top tier or medium sized firm in Dublin or London
• Excellent corporate experience and technical skills
• Stellar academic track record
• Analytical with strong commercial awareness
• Strong business development skills would be a distinct advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of motivation and the ability to work autonomously
