Due to this growth, they are looking to bring in experienced reward individuals from Manager to Director level, who are ambitious and keen to hit the ground running, whilst providing ongoing training and tools to help you reach your full potential.
In return you will be provided with a huge breadth of reward work in the financial services sphere, with top end clients within a supportive and cohesive team and also giving superb flexibility on offer. This role is highly advisory focused and not for those who have a preference for data and analytics.
Work collaboratively within a team whilst managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors from banking, asset management, insurance etc.
Be market facing and actively involved with the management and development of the reward team.
Lead delivery on the breadth of client assignments (e.g. project driven, annual compliance, due diligence) and develop direct client relationships
Be keen to play a key role in the leadership and direction of a growing team, with an opportunity to shape its strategic direction and develop and drive new propositions.
Leading the preparation of and reviewing Remuneration Committee papers, whilst providing insight to in-house team and market knowledge.
Advice to the design and implementation of bonus, deferral and long-term incentive arrangements for board and below board individual.
Designing executive pay strategies, linking to performance whilst taking regulatory and corporate governance requirements into account.
Develop a personal network of contacts internally and externally and actively promote the firm brand
Actively target and evaluate opportunities for developing new client opportunities and services. Support client proposal activities.
Essential skills and experience:
Proven reward experience within a corporate financial service firm.
Executive remuneration exposure and writting Remco papers.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to delivering great client service.
Good communication skills, written and oral.
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Ability to work flexibly as part of a regional team and through virtual networks.
Able to apply good judgement, consult appropriately and manage risks.
Is resilient, able to work to deadlines and will encourage and motivate junior staff.
