Job Description

Our client can give you this possibility, whilst working with some of the top individuals in the reward sector.


This team is expanding due to the increased workflow and they are looking for high-calibre professionals to help service their impressive client list. There are a variety of backgrounds within the team, from law firms to consulting practices to industry roles. This mixed portfolio within the team brings different skills and perspective, ensuring that clients get the best possible advice. You would be advising on all aspects of Reward from design through to detailed implementation.


This team is built on a belief in developing people to be creative and effective team players, whilst committed to outstanding client service; and also the desire to expand your knowledge and progress to senior management.


You should be a motivated team player, preferably with experience within reward/executive remuneration gained within a client facing role within a large accountancy or law firm, or a specialist consultancy.
