This is a role for a reward professional seeking a position to help them develop their career and have a strong involvement in enhancing the team and client relationships.  You will have a good amount of autonomy within this firm, however, to be successful you must be a proactive individual who likes business development.

You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience within executive compensation.  You will be expected to plan, design and implement Executive remuneration programs for existing and new clients. 

This role will include:

• Reviewing the clients' current or proposed short and long-term pay structures from the perspectives of market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, long-term talent retention/motivation and best market practice
• Reviewing the clients' current or proposed short and long-term pay structures from the perspectives of market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, long-term talent retention/motivation and best market practice
• Designing and proposing new incentive plans based on the understanding of the clients' needs
• Benchmarking executives' pay and reporting on its competitiveness against set KPIs and the talent market/peers
• Creating summary decks on the latest pay trends and developments in the arena of corporate governance (institutional investors' views, proposed and new regulations, views of other stakeholders such as ISS, IA)
• Reviewing of internal pay bands/pyramids, grading, job matching and job evaluation

You should have a working knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS Word.
