This is a role for a reward professional seeking a position to help them develop their career and have a strong involvement in enhancing the team and client relationships. You will have a good amount of autonomy within this firm, however, to be successful you must be a proactive individual who likes business development.
You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience within executive compensation. You will be expected to plan, design and implement Executive remuneration programs for existing and new clients.
