Job Description

Our client is a FTSE250 company with a reward team that are looking for an experienced reward manager to come on board and make an impact as they continue to develop their structure on a global basis. This is a dynamic position for an ambitious self-starter, who seeks a meritocratic environment that has no ceiling for progression.

 

You will be responsible ensuring the Group wide executive compensation policies, processes and plans, and for providing support to the Director of Reward and Group HR Director in relation to regulatory and executive compensation for discussion at the Board Remuneration Committee. This is a unique role that will be ideal for a strategic and pragmatically minded individual, who wants to aid the firm harmonisation as they move forward and expand.

 

You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within executive remuneration and be confident with end to end responsibility of the reward process including design, preparation and advice on best practice in relation to Directors’ Remuneration Report in the Annual Report.
